Fine Andrew "Jimmy" Rye Born (1869-1952) Three Gallon Jug, Hamilton Alabama. This is one of the longest running pottery shop from Alabama and the Rye family is known for some beautiful alkaline glazed pottery. This is a three gallon Circa 1890-1900 jug with a rich brown alkaline glaze and is in pristine condition and has the fancy script three on the should. The classic Rye handle and form are points to Jimmy Rye.
