What are your Commision Rates, will you sell my item or collections for Free?
That depends on a few factors, the amount of items and their value, also the condition, time, labor and advertising factors vary for each client. We have competitive rates, but again we are in business to make our clients the most money possible. Also we are one of very few Auctions who do Live In-Person Auctions, folks it’s not cheap to run a brick and mortar auction in 2025, we have overhead. We do not sell items or collections for free, rember you get what you pay for.
Does Cagle Auction sell more than just Southern Pottery?

Yes, in fact we are not afraid to travel, a lot of our auctions have many clients from all across the US.
How do I register for Bidding?
You can register in person or online through www.cagleauction.com and follow the link for the registration.
Do I have to fill out a contract to sell with Cagle Auction?
Yes, per state law and this protects you and the auction company.
Can I be at the Auction when my items are sold?
Yes, we strongly recommend you watch online due to emotions that may overcome you when you are watching the items cross the block. This has affected hammer prices due to strong emotional attachment to items-family heirlooms.
When will I get Paid?
Within the State of Georgia rule 30 Days from the sale date. We strive to get checks out with in Two Weeks, but some times it takes a little longer due to large $, out of state checks taking longer to clear per our bank rules. Also institutions mainly write checks once a month and this may carry over past 30 days, note items will Not leave Cagle Auction unless paid for in clear.
