Folks Please understand Cagle Auction has zero control over shipping prices. Also if you live on the west coast it will cost more simply due to logistics. Also note Packing materials, labor and overhead are not Free. We charge a $10.00 Per Invoice Fee to take and drop off your items at shipper and get in hand a receipt for chain of custody. Signature required is mandatory, this protects You the Buyer, and the Cagle Auction. Once Item is in custody of UPS or any shipper-carrier, Cagle Auction is Not responsible or liable, its between the buyer and carrier. Its also not uncommon for items to have a higher shipping charge than what you paid (hammer Price) for the item, Cagle Auction has no control of the hammer price or the shipping and handling price. Auctioneer is relying on your agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback in accepting Your Bidder Registration and in permitting you to bid at the Auction. Bidder hereby accepts this Registration and the Terms herein including all Bidder responsibilities of inspection and that all Property is being sold AS-IS/WHERE-IS (caveat emptor).
