Georgia Sorghum Jug Lot of Two
Description
Outstanding lot of two double handled 4-gallon sorghum jugs, both examples are in slip glaze, both have an outstanding form and eye appeal. Double handle sorghum jugs are highly sought after by collectors, and these two examples are in collector grade condition with no chip’s cracks or repairs. One example is possibly a Robert Craven of Gillsville, Georgia and the other one points to Bogart, GA attribution Dial shop. Both examples will make a nice addition to any southern stoneware collection. Standing: 18" tall and 20 ¼" Tall
