Stunning R.M. Rose Atlanta Ga. Liquor Jug made by C. H. Bird (1850-1913) in Bolton Georgia. For a one gallon jug, this one is going to be hard to upgrade from. Strong cobalt stencil and a well fired salt glaze body. This is an early example in the 1880s, we also can tell this by no kiln drips on the body of the jug. Condition, Mint. This jug has worn a flea collar its entire life! No chips, cracks or repairs. Find a better example… Fresh from an Atlanta area collection. Standing 10 3/8" Tall
