Stunning Roger Corn Large Elephant Tea Pot, Circa 2001. Talk about an amazing piece of southern folk pottery this Roger Corn elephant face teapot just takes the cake. This is the first example Cagle Auction has had the honor to offer and this one simply does not disappoint. Exceptional details in the face, ears, trunk, tusks, in the eyes with a nice dark handsome glaze with some light earthy tones in between the eyes, and on top of the shoulder. The condition is collector grade mint, with no chips, cracks or repairs, these early examples are what collectors truly strive to add to their collections and this one will not disappoint. This example was purchased directly from Roger in 2001 and has been sitting in a private collection in Gainesville, GA until now. Folks, simply find another one.. Standing 14" T
