Fine Columbia South Carolina Landrum Shop Half Gallon Jug. These examples are getting scarcer by the day and are being bought up into collections. This is a top shelf example. This is a fantastic 1850-60s half gallon jug. The jug has an absolutely beautiful glassy alkaline glaze, with some beautiful, modified lime runs and the size is absolutely fantastic on this one. It is in original condition with one insignificant glaze flake on the rim edge, and one little last chip on the other side, nothing distracting. The piece has no major chips, no cracks, or repairs.
