Significant Circa 1854 American Folk Art – Americana Painting. Signed and dated on lower left corner. The painting has been professionally cleaned and had restoration to wood frame on the top and is in the period correct grain painted frame, has some minor paint loss as seen in pictures. The painting has strong vivid colors and exceptional eye appeal. Painting is of a town scene with an explosion, and town folks lending a hand.
