Fine 1830-40s Edgefield South Carolina Canning Jar that has a Landrum shop form and glaze. The jar has a great lime alkaline glaze and also has a tooled rim. The jar is unmarked and has a great form and look. Slave made example and is in very good condition with only few insignificant rim flea bites, typical from age and use. No major chips, cracks or hairlines and No repairs. Fresh from a Georgia estate. Standing 11" Tall
