Fine Edgefield South Carolina, Miles Mill 1 Gallon Jug that has a rich deep earthy brown alkaline glaze. Also has the classic Miles Mill flared spouted lip and classic handle. The jug is in very good condition for the age 1870s time period. Condition is very good with only one insignificant rim chip, not distracting. No cracks or repairs, fresh from an east Georgia collection. Standing 11 1/4" Tall
