Fine Tarp Dorsey (1847-1925) Four Gallon Sorghum Jug of Mossy Creek District, (White County, Georgia). These are highly sought after and this one does not disappoint. Classic double handle that points to Tarp’s hands and the classic tooled spout. Has a 4 scratched into the shoulder and is in collector grade condition. Fresh example from a Cleveland Georgia estate. Standing 17 1/2" Tall
Condition: Only one glaze flake in rim, see pictures. No major chips, or cracks or repairs.
