Fine Barrow County Georgia, Ferguson Family Five Gallon Sorghum Jug. This is a very scarce sorghum jug with a fantastic salt over slip glaze and four concentric lines. The jug has classic Ferguson family handles is a true fresh example from a Cleveland, Georgia collection/estate. One of Georgia’s more sought after potteries and, this being a double handle jug, puts it top on the list for collectors. Standing 18 1/2" Tall
Condition: Minor glaze flake in lip and on shoulder, no other condition issues, or cracks or repairs.
