Fine Signed C.H.Bird Atlanta 1gal Jug. Early 1880s salt glazed jug with very nice eye appeal and form, orange peel glaze traces on the top of the handle. When it comes to an Atlanta salt glaze jug, this one is museum quality. This example will be extremely difficult to upgrade due to it being in pristine condition; with no cracks, chips, or repairs. Strong stamp at base. This is a true fresh to the market example that has never been offered for sale before. Standing 10 3/8" Tall.
