This African American made southern quilt is an outstanding condition with no moth damage, smoke free. Possibly symbolic of the crossroads code from the Underground Railroad quilts. . Constructed from wool and homespun blankets, squares, it features a distinctive red cross as its center with naive embroidered letters. A significant collector grade example. Size 69" x 71"
