Significant Sallie Pearl Roebuck of Hartwell Georgia, African American Folk Art Tin Cut Out Basketball Player. Her son is Georgia Folk Artist Richard Roe Buck of Hartwell Georgia. Signed and dated 1975. She is a self taught Georgia Folk Artist and is highly sought after. Her works almost never come to market due to her works are wrapped up in collections through out the south. Fine details and craftsmanship are shown. This is the first example Cagle Auction has offered. Scarce and important folk art object. Paint on Tin Cut Out. Standing 19 1/4" Tall
