Description
Rare Louis Brown (Late) Devil Face Jug Three Gallon. This is a great example of fine southern folk pottery from the Brown family. This one is signed Brown Pottery Arden NC, 1-27-98 Louis Brown. This is a fine Terra-cotta Devil Face Jug and is in mint condition. The classic details in the face is outstanding and shows black eye brows, mustache, and goatee with china plate teeth. Also noted the Brown’s are known for their spiraling horns and this one has a stellar look. Mint condition and is fresh from the Lake Lanier collection and is standing 14" Tall
