Fine Pisgah Forest Cameo Teapot "Spinning Wheels" signed on bottom impressed Stephen and hand signed W.B. Stephen in glaze or paint. This is a early example is highly sought after has has outstanding decorations. The tea pot is fresh from the Kiser Collection of Hartwell Georgia. Condition is outstanding with and rim edge broken off and reglued, very hard to notice ( note with no repair or color repair ) other that that No issues or cracks or repairs. Standing 5" Tall
