Rare Lot of 5 Lin Crave Minitures Devil Face Jugs
Description
Rare Lot of Lin Crave (1946-2011) Miniature’s Devil Face Jugs. This is a very scare lot of some of the finest pieces of southern folk pottery known, Lin Craven. One of North Georgia master female potters Lin was a kind soul and a master at southern folk pottery with her own flair. She made truly unique one of a kind examples and most pieces were very limited run pieces. She is of ninth generation descendant of the Craven Pottery family dynasty. The Devil Jack O’ Lantern in orange is mint and only one we know of, singed on bottom. Standing 1" Tall Devil Face Jug is mint and standing 1 1/4" Tall mini Rebecca Ewer is mint and standing 1 3/4" Tall www.dixieclay.com jug is mint and standing 1 1/2" Tall Grape decorated jug is amazing simply put, mint singed and standing 3/4" All of these are from the Sharp collection from Lake Lanier.
