Rare Washington Co. 1/2 Gallon Jar 1840s canning jar. The jar is a outstanding glaze with the early glaze of a light lime and paint rock glaze. This is one of Washington County more sought after glazes. The jar is a fine example of early stoneware and a collector grade example. Jar has a small chip on lip with no cracks or repairs. Fresh example from North Atlanta area collection. Standing 10" Tall
