Rare Horace Brown Atlanta Ga. Pitcher
Description
This is a scarce signed Horace Brown (1889-1950) Pottery Half Gallon Pitcher, Blocked stamped on the mid section of the pitcher. Note he ran Bowling Brown Pottery shop until the mid 1930’s. Then moved to Louisville, MS somewhere around the mid 1930s. This is a fine example of salt glazed with a strong yellowish glaze and is a rare example. Condition is outstanding with no Chips, Cracks or repairs. Note a small glaze stress line at the base. Standing 10 1/4"
