Fine stamped Edward . C. Brown (1870-1944) Atlanta Georgia 1/2 Jug. Fine example of a rare tombstone shape jug in salt glaze that has no doubt the early EC Brown stamp on the shoulder. Highly sought after size and form. This is a great jug that is circa is early 1890-1900. He is the son of Bowling P. Brown of Atlanta Ga. This is a stellar example and is in mint condition with No chips. cracks or repairs. A must for any Brown collector or southern stoneware enthusiast. Fresh from a eastern Ga. collection and standing 7 3/4" Tall
