Stunning Issac Crave White Co. Georgia 1/2gal Jug
Description
Stunning 1880’s Issac Henry Crave of White County Georgia 1/2gal Jug. Classic iron sand glaze recipe, and also the bold mossy green runs on the front of the jug. The iron sand glaze was typical of the Craven family of North Georgia in this time period.. Great example and these examples are getting very scarce to find these days. Its in outstanding condition with only one very insignificant glaze flake about the half size of a pencil lead on the inner lip, note this is basically a mint example, No chips cracks or repairs. A great example out of White Co. Georgia.
