Scarce Richmond & Danville Rail Road Rail-Wheel Bearing
Description
Scarce Richmond & Danville Rail Road was in business from 1847-1894, very possibly civil war era bearing. This is a marked piece ( R & DRR ) rail car wheel bearing solid brass. The fact that this example still is in existence and in great condition is amazing. Along with the bearing is two Richmond & Danville Rail Road stock certificates from 1880s, which both stocks is not of ownership and are from 1880s. Both are in fantastic condition.
Condition: Bearing is in excellent condition Stocks are near mint condition.
