Rare and outstanding John Meaders Devil face jug # 22 of 28 Devil Face jugs, only 58 total face jugs made by John Meaders. This has to be one of the best John Devil face jugs ever auctioned. Highly deseriable example and one of the most sought after face jugs in southern pottery. Teeth are 7 on top and bottom and two fangs, alkaline glazed jug with alien eyes and devil horns. Jug is in mint condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
