Description
A gem of a Crawford County, Georgia Batter Bowl, more than likely attributed to the Merritt shop. This is a premium lime alkaline glaze bowl, that bears strong eye appeal and is highly sought after by Crawford County collectors. This example is in fantastic condition with two insignificant chips along the rim edge consistent with aging use. Otherwise, this example is considered near mint with no cracks and no repairs present. This example would be considered a Cagle top shelf example and would be hard to upgrade from. Fresh to the market example from the Johnson collection. Standing: 4" T x 11" W
