Outstanding and Rare Crawford County, Georgia Signed "BB" Billy Bryant Three Gallon Jug with a stellar limeanite and paintrock alkaline glaze. This glaze is one of Crawford County Georgia’s most kept secrets and today not one Potter knows how to replicate this magnificent glaze. This example has exceptional eye appeal and a strong BB stamp in the handle. This is one of the finest examples Cagle Auction has had the privilege to auction off. This example will be extremely difficult to upgrade from and will make a fantastic addition to any southern stoneware collection. This example is truly a Cagle Top Shelf Example. Condition: only one insignificant glazed flake on the lip edge, no other chips cracks and no repairs are present. Standing: 14 3/8" Tall
