Fine Signed "JY" James Yaughn Crawford Co. Two Gallon Jug. The Yaughn family Crawford County Georgia is one of the more iconic names among the Potters in the area. This 2-gallon jug has a strong "JY" stamp with classic Yaughn rat tail lower handle terminal. Beautiful, modified lime alkaline glaze. As for condition, a small area of the lip has been professionally restored and is extremely difficult to detect the restoration and color blending was done exceptionally well. Otherwise, the jug is in fantastic condition with the original handle. Standing: 13 5/8 Tall
