Outstanding from the 1840-1850 time period. This jar has a stellar form and rich honey alkaline glaze that encases the jar. Small lug lifter handles sit just under the rim. This is an outstanding jar and strong collector grade example. Condition is outstanding, gonna be hard to upgrade from this with the strong eye appeal and stellar condition. As one states, "This jar has wore a flea collar around it, its entire life." It’s that good and gem mint 10 collector grade. No cracks or repairs. Standing 13 1/4" Tall
