Fine Edgefield South Carolina 1850’s Landrum Two Gallon Jug. This is an outstanding fresh example of a Edgefield slave made jug with two slashes on the top shoulder. Classic BF Landrum shop form and has a very nice almost stone colored alkaline glaze. When it comes to condition, this is a great example and a collector grade example. No chips, cracks or repairs. Heavy crazing line that is on the top shoulder and is not a crack or hairline, only in glaze. Quality collector grade example. Fresh to the market example from a estate. Standing 13" Tall
