Willie Jinks (1921-2010) Locust Grove, Georgia Folk Artist, Vibrant Duck Folk Art Painting, Circa Late 1990’s. One of thirteen children of a sharecropper family, and was a City of Atlanta Trashman where he found his material to do southern folk art. Stellar colors and detail with metal duck candle holder and polka dots. Scarce example found plywood material. Size 28" T x 21" W
