Rare Signed HF Reinhardt (1912-1960) Vale NC Four gallon Jar Mint. Harvey was the son of potter Pickney Reinhardt (1864-1932) that carried on the potting tradition. Located in Cat Square of Vale NC area. This jar more than likely late 1930s and is signed under the lug lifter handle and has a classic Catawba Valley glaze. The jar is outstanding form with strong eye appeal and has quartz ground in the clay through out the jar with nice quartz pops. The jar is in mint condition with No chips, cracks or repairs. This is a fresh example from a private collection in North Georgia. Standing 16" Tall
