Important Barrow Co. 1880-90s Decorated Jug, what a example, this is a very important example from Barrow County Georgia circa 1880-90s strong Bell attribution, the jug was bought in Barrow Co in 1970s and was sold then too Lavon Register collection. The jug is a nice slip glaze and is the only known example with a scratched decorated rose stim and also has the applied rose petals in relief & applied leaf decoration. Important example due to the only known example, some slight damage to the rose petals that are in relief, that’s the only damage, no chips, cracks or repairs. Fresh example standing 9" Tall
