Folk’s simply stunning Crawford County Oscar Becham Two Gallon Lime Glazed Pitcher. This example is among the finest known Oscar Beckham pitchers in existence and could very easily stand in the top 10 of Crawford county’s picture category. One has to give this example the "Cagle Top Shelf Example" check mark when discussing this pitcher. This example bears a strong runny lime alkaline glaze that encases the entire pitcher with tremendous eye appeal. This example is attributed to Oscar’s work off a known signed example that the family Retained in their private collection, and I held it in my hands and pleaded to them to let that one signed go to auction. This example is identical to the signed example. Hopefully one day I’ll get my hands on the signed OAB example for all you collectors. Folks I don’t know how one can upgrade from this one simply stunning, I challenge anyone to find a better example. This is truly the best of the best folks. Pictures truly do not do this example justice. Provenance: fresh to the market example from a 40 plus gear private collection. Standing: 10" Tall
Condition: Condition: one insignificant flake on the left spout. No chips, cracks and no repairs present. Again, folks this one is truly the belle of the ball for Crawford County glazes.
