Fine Merritt Shop Crawford County, Georgia 1/2gal Pitcher. That in my personal opinion this picture bears hands down the finest glaze to ever come out of the South, laminate & paint rock alkaline glaze. Folks this example right here is what Crawford County enthusiasts dream about, this example here truly has all the bells and whistles and just screams with eye appeal. Folks if you’ve ever wanted an exceptional Crawford County pitcher your wait is over this example here will be extremely difficult if not impossible to upgrade from, there is a noted example in colonial Williamsburg muse museum that is currently on display of a coffee broiler with this same glaze. This example is collector grades and is truly a Cagle top shelf example and will fit in any southern collection or institution. Condition: typical minor flea bites around the the top of the rim and that’s to be expected of age but nothing distracting or major. Has the rim edge nicks on the handle see pictures. No hairlines or repairs present. Standing: 8 5/8 tall
