Fine Crawford Co. Signed "WB" Washigton Becham Jug
Description
Fine Crawford County Signed "WB" Washington Becham (1835-1918) Half Gallon Jug. Strong form and glaze that makes for a great eye appeal. This jug just has great form and strong paint rock glaze and very strong stamp on the handle. This will make a great addition to any southern pottery collection. Condition: Has two glaze stress lines, note these two lines are not hairline cracks, water tight and pressure tested. Jug had a overspray of Lacquer or Polyurethane on one side of the jug. This is not considered a restoration, no color blending. No chips cracks or repairs. Standing: 8 1/8" Tall
